Why SDRaaS is succesful in the Benelux market

We don’t like to blow our own trumpet but we’ve been pretty successful over the years. In fact, no one would be able to stay in business this long if they were unsuccessful but that’s beside the point. Success can be defined in many ways but in this context it means making our clients more successful. That is after all in our mission statement. So, with that in mind, we decided to ask the SDRs in our teams what helps them to thrive. This time we spoke to Bo who was more than happy to give us her opinion.

“For me, what’s making me successful in the Benelux market right now is my partners. I’m very lucky to have the partners I have. They’re very nice, open people and they have actually helped me with everything. Sometimes, when you meet a new partner, it can be a little daunting and it always takes some time to get started so you know exactly what they expect and how the market is working and all things like that. So, that always takes time but after they helped me and I helped them, we found the right approach. From that moment on, everything was working well, I booked my meetings, I made them super happy, I made them make deals and we have such an informal communication style that it’s like we’re old friends.

With one particular partner, they even give me ideas on leads. I also create my own lead lists obviously but for me I think it’s good to have this kind of connection with a partner as it helps both of you to be more successful. For example, all of my partners have already scaled to other countries like the UK and Germany and are so happy with what they’re getting that they are looking at putting their whole sales process through Aexus. As an extra bonus, working like this takes all the pressure off you. Even if I have a day off but one of my partners needs me to do something, I don’t mind. That’s how good the relationships are. It like I’m doing a favour for a friend. So, it’s credit to our partners that we’re successful in the Benelux region right now.”
